OneAll Human Capital · Professional Support

Your client judges your firm by the person who answers the phone.

We train that person — to the standard your profession is already held to. Accredited, fully managed, and largely funded out of tax you are paying anyway.

The Problem

You were trained to practise. Not to run a service academy.

Ask professional practices what is hardest to find and the answer is remarkably consistent: not clients, not work — competent, client-facing support staff. Your clients arrive expecting professional service from the moment they make contact. They do not distinguish between you and the person who greeted them, took the call, or failed to phone them back.

So the training falls to you. You were trained in law, in audit, in engineering, in advisory — in your specialty, at real cost and over real years. You were not trained to build service capability in other people, and you are usually doing it alone, on top of practising and running a business.

What professionals say they are actually looking for:

  • Reliability
  • Discretion
  • Follow-through
  • Composure
  • Clear English
  • Judgement
  • Ownership

Hospitality training gets you warmth. It does not get you a professional environment — and the people who come out of it usually do not know what they are missing.

The real cost

Burnout is not caused by the work. It is caused by everything around it.

Practising at the level your clients expect is demanding on its own. Add running the business. Then add personally grooming a support team to match your professionalism — with no training in how to do it, and no time in which to do it.

That third job is the one nobody accounts for, and it is the one that quietly breaks people. It is also the one that can be handed to somebody else.

This is the entire reason Professional Support exists: to take the development of your client-facing team off your desk, and hand it to people who do only that.

The Solution

A training unit built for exactly this.

Real humanitarians, trained in polished professional communication — and taught to bring genuine care to a client relationship, not a script.

We run an accredited twelve-month learnership in customer relations and client service, built specifically for the professional environment. Not retail. Not a call centre. The front office, back office and follow-up functions of a practice where the client is paying for expertise and expects the whole experience to reflect it.

Trained before they reach you

Eight to twelve months of development in communication, etiquette, service mindset and professional conduct — with us, not on your clients.

Fully managed, end to end

Vetting, accreditation, agreements, performance management, monthly reporting and every compliance document. You set the profile.

First right of refusal

You choose who to keep, at the end, having already worked with them. Anyone you decline is placed with our other partners.

Mostly funded already

Up to 77% of what you invest can come back through tax incentives — and your skills development levy can carry more of it still.

Who this is for

Any practice where the client is buying your judgement.

If your client is paying for expertise, they are also paying — whether anyone says so or not — for the experience of dealing with your firm. That experience is delivered almost entirely by people who are not you.

Legal

Attorneys, chambers and conveyancers

Reception, client intake, matter follow-up and the calls that clients remember long after the bill.

Financial

Accounting, audit and tax practices

Client liaison through deadline season, document chasing done graciously, and a front desk that reassures.

Advisory

Financial advisers and brokerages

Client servicing, renewals, claims follow-up and the long-term relationship work advisers rarely have time for.

Built environment

Engineering, architecture and property

Project administration, client and contractor coordination, and keeping every stakeholder genuinely informed.

Consulting

Professional and B2B services

Proposal support, onboarding, account administration and the follow-through that turns one engagement into three.

Corporate

Client service and key accounts

Client-facing teams inside larger organisations, where a single poor interaction reaches the executive it was escalated to.

Working in the health sector? Practices, rooms and clinics have their own version of this — including medical aid administration. That is Practice Support

The Roles

The people who talk to your clients are your brand.

One learnership, several seats. These are the positions our graduates are trained to hold — and the positions where an untrained hire costs you clients quietly, without ever generating a complaint.

01

Front office and reception

The first thirty seconds of your firm. Greeting, screening, holding a room, and making a stranger feel expected.

02

Telephone and switchboard

Answering properly, taking a message that is actually useful, and handling an upset caller without escalating them to you.

03

Client follow-up and retention

The call-backs, status updates and check-ins that nobody has time for — and that clients judge a practice by.

04

Back office and file administration

Documents chased, files kept current, deadlines flagged early, and confidentiality treated as a professional obligation.

05

Diary, billing and account queries

Scheduling that protects your billable time, and account conversations handled with tact rather than avoided.

“Invest in genuine, good people, and you always grow your brand.”

Our talent pool is built from people who have already proven, over hundreds of hours, that they show up for others — not for money, but because they chose to. We add deep training in communication, etiquette, ethics and conflict resolution on top of that foundation. Genuine client care follows naturally, because these are people who actually want to know what someone needs.

Your Options

Two ways to run this. The choice is entirely yours.

The difference is when the learner moves into your practice — and therefore how long you get to watch them work before you decide anything.

Model One

The full term with us

The learner completes the entire learnership under our roof. We train, host, mentor and manage them for the full twelve months. You fund the seat, receive the reporting, and carry none of the day-to-day.

At the end, you have first right of refusal to hire — a fully trained, work-hardened person, with a year of documented performance behind them.

  • No workplace load on you
  • Full 12 months managed
  • First right of refusal
Model Two

Early placement into your practice

The learner trains with us for the first six to nine months, then moves across into your practice for the balance of the learnership — while their training, mentorship and performance management continue under us.

You get productivity months earlier, and a far longer test run: months of real work inside your own environment before any hiring decision. At completion you have first right of refusal, plus a 90-day probationary period on top.

  • Faster productivity
  • Longer test run
  • First right of refusal + 90 days

Either way, you are never obliged to hire. Graduates you decline are absorbed by our other partner employers — which is how we keep the pipeline honest and the placement rate real.

The Bottom Line

Up to 77% of the cost of building your support team can be covered by tax incentives.

Between the Employment Tax Incentive, the Section 12H learnership allowance and your ordinary expense deduction, the great majority of what you invest can come back to you — while you build a team, score on your B-BBEE card and move on Employment Equity at the same time.

We walk your finance team or accountant through the full arithmetic, sized to your practice's actual position, in the presentation.

Why This Works

Built on proven character, not just potential.

This learnership doesn't start with a classroom. It starts with service. We partner with strong volunteer organisations that develop life skills and values, mobilising young people who make real social impact — purely from the heart, with no compensation.

400+

hours of volunteer social-impact work, minimum, in areas of real need — before anyone is invited into the learnership.

You cannot teach someone to care. You can only find people who already do, and then give them the skill to express it professionally. That is the whole model: character first, competence second — because the reverse has never worked in a client-facing role.

Your expertise is only as visible as the service wrapped around it.
A twelve-month working interview — not a gamble

Questions

The things every practice asks first.

What exactly are we signing up for?

A twelve-month accredited learnership in client relations and professional support — training plus a paid workplace component — for candidates already vetted through our volunteer pipeline. It is managed end-to-end by us.

Do they sit in our offices for the whole year?

Only if you want them to. Under Model One they stay with us for the full term and you decide at the end. Under Model Two they join you after six to nine months, once they are competent and confident, and continue training under us from inside your practice.

How many can we start with?

We recommend a small proof of concept — two to ten learnership packages — though larger cohorts are welcome from day one. A single seat is workable for a small practice.

What does it cost?

Cost is sized to your practice and the scale you choose, and up to 77% of it can be covered by tax incentives. We take your finance team or accountant through the full picture in the presentation, against your actual tax position rather than a generic example.

Do we have to hire the graduates?

No — but you get first right of refusal, and under Model Two a further 90-day probationary period. Graduates you don't take are placed with partner employers.

Is this just hospitality training with a nicer name?

No. Hospitality training produces warmth; it does not produce professional judgement, discretion or the ability to hold a difficult client conversation on behalf of a practice. This programme is built specifically for the professional client environment, which is a materially different standard.

Can we verify this before committing?

Yes — we encourage it. Book a tour of our development offices in Sandton City and inspect the model for yourself before any paperwork.
